On every signed walkaround

• Vehicle, driver, Dublin-day lock — one check per vehicle per day
• Schedule 1 items, including trailer or PSV rows when they apply
• Odometer, fuel, lamps, speed limiter
• Driver sign-off text, source, timestamp
• A GPS pin when the daily check starts, and a live pin while the driver app is open

On every defect

• Photograph and typed details
• RSA severity: minor, major, or dangerous (do not use)
• Workshop action taken and sign-off date — the Regulation 10(3) trail
• Grounding when the defect is dangerous or the vehicle is not safe to use

On the vehicle record

• CVRT, 13-week inspection, service, tax, insurance, CPC, tachograph calibration
• WhatsApp reminders at 30, 14, and 7 days
• Tachograph download reminders: driver card 21 days, vehicle unit 90 days — reminders, not remote file pull
• Hashed glovebox documents sent on WhatsApp when the driver is not in a check

• Second-by-second GPS from a box in the cab
• A fitted tracker in the cab
• A paper defect book
